An AI offsider that coaches the trainer’s way

The Brief

A personal trainer and coach with a strong social following was running her whole business by hand. Every training program, meal plan and weekly client check-in was written from scratch, usually after hours.

She was planning to take on more general clients and bring in an assistant coach. Both meant more of the same manual work.

The brief was to get AI doing the heavy lifting without losing what makes her coaching hers. Her method, her voice and her standards had to come through in every draft, or clients would notice. And it had to be simple enough to use on a busy day, with no technical setup.

The Results

In a single working session, R6 AI mapped every manual step in her business. Then we built her an AI workspace on her own computer, loaded with her coaching method, her nutrition approach, her brand voice and her client templates.

She can now ask for a new client’s program or a check-in review in plain English. AI drafts it in her style with her method applied, and she reviews and edits before anything goes to a client.

Setup on her machine takes about five minutes, with a step-by-step guide written for someone who has never touched the tools before.

She also left with a short guide to using AI well and a workbook she keeps adding to. The more she uses it, the sharper the drafts get.

The setup is built so a new assistant coach can work her way from day one. Her method is written down, the templates are set, and the AI drafts to her standard.

That’s the point for a solo operator. AI takes the blank page away. The coaching judgment stays with the coach.
