The Brief
R6 Digital is a Brisbane creative and marketing agency. It runs paid search, SEO, web and creative for clients across a range of industries. Like most agencies, a big share of the week went on work clients never see. Account checks, audits, reporting and admin.
The team was already using AI. Everyone had their own prompts and their own habits. Results were great one day and patchy the next, and none of it was written down.
The brief was simple. Before R6 AI recommended AI to a single client, it had to prove itself inside R6 Digital first. That meant real accounts, real deadlines and a team that would say plainly if it wasn’t helping.

The Results
We started by mapping where the hours actually went. The biggest wins weren’t in the creative work. They were in the repeat work that happens every day, on every account.
From there, we built AI into the processes themselves rather than bolting it on. Daily paid search and SEO reviews now follow one standard checklist. AI pulls the data, runs the checks and drafts the summary. A person reviews it and decides what to act on.
New business got the same treatment. Lead audits for prospective clients used to depend on who picked them up. Now every audit follows the same format and ends with a clear recommendation the account manager can act on.
Clear rules came with it. Client data stays protected, and a person signs off anything before it reaches a client.
The biggest change wasn’t speed. It was consistency. A newer team member now runs the same review a senior would, and the senior gets time back for strategy.
Everything R6 AI builds for clients was tested on our own desk first. If it didn’t earn its place at R6 Digital, we don’t recommend it to anyone else.
