The Brief
An international airline wanted a full-year marketing plan for its Australian market. It needed to build awareness, explain why travellers should choose it, and drive bookings.
Rather than write a plan in isolation, R6 proposed a strategy workshop with the airline’s own team.
For that to work, everyone in the room needed to start from the same facts. The airline had years of campaign reports, booking data and market statistics, spread across many files and formats. Nobody had read them side by side.

The Results
Before the workshop, R6 AI used AI to read every campaign report, booking file and market statistic the airline had from the previous three years. The output was a findings document in which every finding traced to its source.
Some findings changed the brief. The airline’s biggest market wasn’t the one everyone assumed, which shifted where the plan put its weight.
Another showed that almost all ads were seen on phones while almost all bookings happened on a computer. Measuring campaigns only on same-device bookings was undercounting what they actually did.
The workshop started from evidence rather than opinion. Each finding was mapped to the session where it mattered, and the plan was built on top of it.
AI did the reading so the people in the room could do the thinking. Years of reports became one shared set of facts in days.
The workshop time went on decisions, not on catching up. That’s the job AI is best at in strategy work: getting everyone to the same starting line, fast.
